1. About the service

AI Job Maker ("we", "us", "the service") is an online resume builder that helps you create a base resume, tailor it to job descriptions with AI assistance, generate cover letters, and download the results as PDF files. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or violate these terms.

3. Free usage, credit packs, and payments

• Every account can use the service for free: up to 2 tailored resumes every 5 hours and 3 ATS score checks every 5 hours. One tailoring covers a tailored resume with its ATS match score and cover letter.
• Paid credit packs unlock more usage: the Standard pack (₹299) includes 50 tailorings and 100 ATS checks; the Premium pack (₹499) includes 150 tailorings and unlimited ATS checks, subject to fair use. Current prices and inclusions are always listed on the pricing section.
• Packs are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). They are not subscriptions, nothing renews or is charged automatically.
• Each pack is valid for 30 days from its own purchase date. Credits left unused when a pack expires lapse and are not carried forward.
• You can buy another pack at any time, including while one is active. Packs stack: each keeps its own credits and its own expiry date, and usage draws from the earliest-expiring pack first.
• If a generation fails after a credit is consumed, the credit is automatically returned to your pack.
• Credits are not transferable between accounts.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change; changes never affect packs you already own.

4. Fair use

AI actions (bullet and summary refinement, resume imports, cover letter regenerations) are subject to daily limits, and rapid-fire usage inside paid packs is rate limited to keep the service fast for everyone. Automated scraping, bulk account creation, reselling access, and attempts to overload the service are prohibited.

5. Your content

Your resume data belongs to you. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service (for example, sending resume text to our AI provider to generate a tailored version). We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. You can delete your data at any time.

6. AI output

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. The service is designed to never invent employers, dates, or qualifications, but you are responsible for reviewing every resume and cover letter before sending it to an employer. ATS match scores are estimates computed against the job description you provide and do not guarantee interview outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
