Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital credit packs

AI Job Maker sells prepaid credit packs for a digital service. Credits are delivered to your account instantly after successful payment and each pack stays valid for 30 days from its purchase date. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel; you are only charged when you choose to buy a pack, and nothing ever renews automatically.

2. Failed generations

If a tailoring run fails after a credit is consumed, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically. You never lose credits to errors on our side.

3. Payment issues

• Duplicate charge: if you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
• Payment captured but credits not delivered: contact us and we will either deliver the credits or refund the full amount.
• Failed payments where money was deducted are typically auto-reversed by Razorpay or your bank within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Unused packs

If you purchased a pack and have used none of its credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Partially used packs are not refundable, since credits fund AI processing costs that are incurred per use. Credits left unused when a pack reaches the end of its 30-day validity lapse and are not refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Send your registered email address and payment reference (visible in Settings under Billing history) via the contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
